Hatchery Update
Seining for the 2026 broodstock:
We had a great day and have about 80+ fish so far. Depending on weather, we may have one more seining opportunity, Stay tuned for details!
This years’ snout collections are complete:
Thanks to all that helped in this most important part of what we do. In the 47 + snouts collected about 10-15 were from our hatchery!

Hatchery prep for 2026: There are several projects underway or upcoming as we prepare for 2026. Watch your email for dates and times.
2026 Salmon Derby – Seeking volunteers to help make next years Derby even better than 2025. It’s never too early to begin. Donors are already preparing their 2026 budgets, so we need to reach them early! Contact Roger at: (541) 373-7848 to get started.
New Sign Frame Needed: Looking for someone to construct a frame for our new fish sign. Sign needs to be mounted on plywood and framed. Dig out your hammer and saw and give us a call if you can help! Contact Roger at: (541) 373-7848 to get started.

December 10, 2025 Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at The Landing North.
Doors open at 5PM, Dinner at 6. Your choice: Prime Rib, Chicken or Vegetarian Pasta.
Reservations must be secured by full payment by December 1st.
