The rummage sale was a success!

Hatchery Update
We will be releasing raceway 2 on Thursday July 24th. Join us at 10 AM to be a part of the fun! Raceway 1 is scheduled to be released July 31 or Aug 1 plus or minus a day or two. Stay tuned for updates.
Restoration Priorities:
Repair of the spring line has begun. This is a BIG and important project this summer.

Volunteer Opportunities
Hand Feeding at the Hatchery: Looking for volunteers to hand feed at mid-day (1/2 PM) from now until final fish are released. Let Roger know if you are available to help at 541-373-7848.
Salmon Derby: The annual Derby is our biggest and most important fund raiser, especially this year as it will impact our Disaster Relief fund and projects in a big way. Let us know what “Super Power” you can offer as a volunteer to help with this event.

August 6-9th: Salmon Derby and Awards Banquet. Derby tickets are on sale at Rogue Outdoor Store. $50 for 4 days of fishing! Banquet tickets coming soon.
License Fee Increase
A couple of examples:
Sports Pac up $56.50
Combination fish/hunt up $13
Resident Annual Angler up $6
Annual Combined Angling Tag up $23
Hatchery Harvest Tag up $10
NEW fee-The Annual Ocean Endorsement fee of $7. You will need to pay this if you plan to fish in the ocean.
Unfortunately, there will not be a salmon bubble season out of Brookings. We were led to believe that we had a good chance of having a bubble season. Reasons to not have one not given other than the decision came from higher up.
